Delivery & returns
DELIVERY
During periods of commercial operation (Private Sale, Sales, etc.), our order preparation times may be extended and will therefore impact our delivery times. We invite you to allow 2 to 3 additional working days. An email will be sent to you when we ship your order. This includes your shipping number. You can then track the delivery of your order via the carrier's website.
BACK
The ordered size does not match? You have 30 days to return your product to us by the carrier of your choice (Colissimo, UPS, etc.) to the following address: 81 rue Brancion 75015 Paris.
Be sure to keep proof of posting and a shipping number so you have the necessary proof that your package was shipped.
If your return package is lost, our customer service reserves the right to open an investigation with the carrier concerned. To do this, you will be asked for proof of deposit and a package tracking number and will be essential for opening this investigation.
REFUND
We will refund your order within 10 days of receipt of your package.
Your refund will be made to the credit card used to pay for your order.
In the event of theft or loss of your bank card, we invite you to contact your banking establishment.
EXCHANGE
LO NEEL does not carry out exchanges. If you return your order, you will receive a refund.
DEFECTIVE ITEM
If you receive a defective item, we invite you to take photographs of the defect encountered and to expressly contact our customer service within seven days at contact@loneel.fr. Please note that we do not carry out exchanges. If the defect is confirmed, you will need to return your order to us, we will refund you and you will need to place a new order. If your item has been modified, we will not be able to take it back.
