PERSONAL DATA MANAGEMENT
In France, personal data is notably protected by law no. 78-87 of January 6, 1978 as amended and by EU Regulation 2016/679 known as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of April 27, 2016.
During your visit to loneel.fr, the following may be collected: the URL of the links through which the user accessed the loneel.fr site, the user's access provider, the address Internet Protocol (IP) of the user.
As part of the use of the loneel.fr site, LO NEEL collects the following personal data: name, first name, postal address, email address.
The user provides this information in full knowledge of the facts, particularly when he enters it himself. The user is then informed whether or not they are obliged to provide this information.
LO NEEL only retains Users' personal data for a maximum period of 3 months, without prejudice to legal retention obligations.
In accordance with the provisions of articles 38 and following of law 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms, any user has a right of access, rectification, opposition, limitation and portability relating to personal data concerning him, by making his request to the data protection delegate designated by LO NEEL at the following email address: contact@loneel.fr, accompanied by a copy of the identity document with signature of the holder of the document, specifying the address to which the response must be sent.
No transfer of personal data is made to third parties.
The user has the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL if he considers, after having previously contacted LO NEEL, that the latter has not respected its obligations regarding the protection of personal data.
