Soirée de lancement

Opening night

The start

On June 12, 2019, the LO NEEL launch party took place at Impasse. For the first time, the public was able to discover the brand but also the innovative, ethical, eco-responsible and 100% vegan materials used to create our pieces.

Our unusual materials (organic cotton, pineapple leather, banana fiber, soy fiber, certified forest viscose) are mostly unknown to the general public. So, our guests discovered them at the same time as our first collection.

This evening was an opportunity for the public to meet the designers, to give their first impression of the collection and to discuss their journey as well as the process of creating LO NEEL.

This launch party is characterized by a very bohemian chic atmosphere. This, thanks to the scenography developed by the young LO NEEL team: wilted flowers, vintage carpets, rock scene.

The reception

For the launch party, we organized a reception. In order to be consistent with the values and commitment that we advocate, it seemed essential to us that it also be in the theme of eco-responsibility and veganism. Indeed, we offered vegan menus and cocktails in the colors of LO NEEL (pineapple, spices to recall Indian inspiration) for the occasion. To accompany the cocktail, three young artists created a DJ set: Kapka, Nassim Joudar and Raphael Boisvers.

The 150 guests at our launch party were journalists, friends of the designers, their family and fashion influencers. This was an opportunity for them to discover the first LO NEEL collection, piece by piece, in preview.

In addition, guests were able to view an exhibition of photographs from the collection lookbook. Each innovative material was accompanied by an explanation of its origin and manufacturing.

The launch parade

The fashion show, the most anticipated moment of the launch evening, took place after the cocktail. Models Matilda Marty, Kalki Rielland, Milla Rielland, Flore Billy and Maréva Janiello, of all sizes, paraded barefoot. This is the result of a bias on the part of the creators. Indeed, the intention was to show that women do not need heels to walk on a catwalk. Walking barefoot allows you to claim respect for the soil, for nature and to promote the natural beauty of women.

Following the parade, the evening ended with a rock concert, performed by the group NASTENKA.

It was a young volunteer team who put together this superb event from scratch. We would like to thank each of them for their work and their involvement. Flore, the head decorator. Kalki, the event assistant. Loane Cognard and Frédérique Muller the creators. With the participation of Quentin Marcou, Nassim, Raphael, Justine Laillé, Charline Collin, Gaeyon Kim, Celia Peterson, Lia Mazetier…

Thank you everyone for this great moment, it’s a very beautiful memory.
