OUR EPHEMERAL SHOP IN SAINT GERMAIN DES PRES
To start this new decade off right, we were lucky enough to have a store just for us for the first time! It was the LO NEEL pop-up store, located in the typically Parisian district of Saint-Germain-Des-Prés.
We stayed there for 10 days from January 4 to 12. We therefore took advantage of this opportunity to imagine a particular and elaborate scenography, with the aim of immersing visitors in the magical, bohemian and chic universe of LO NEEL.
We have brought together neon lights, mirrors, plants, accessories, special lamps in order to offer you a total immersion in our inspiration and our vision of the brand.
Our presence in the LO NEEL pop-up store took place during the period of the railway workers' strikes which blocked Paris. Our main visitors were therefore residents of the Saint-Germain-des-Prés district! However, this did not prevent us from making an artistic collaboration with the renowned photographer Jacques Graph, on the occasion of the release of his book retracing his career with a selection of his best photographs. Jacques was present at the store for an entire afternoon to sign his books in advance!
We also created an exhibition of his photographs in the store, as close as possible to our rooms. This collaboration made it possible to promote the artistic and poetic aspect of LO NEEL.
The boutique was run by a great team, always in the GIRL POWER spirit with Frédérique, Loane, Kalki Rielland, Justine Laillé, Marie Guillou and Flore Billy. We are very happy to have welcomed the visitors who were able, despite the strike, to come to us!
Slow fashion
If we do not have a permanent store, it is because we advocate more ethical and responsible fashion. This is the principle of slowfashion : consume less and better .
LO NEEL produces a quantity of exclusive pieces for each capsule collection. The capsules are created on demand in order to avoid waste and surplus clothing which is systematic in fastfashion . So we have an initial stock, but the parts are also made to order and some of them tailor-made!
